- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible place I have cancer and need surgery after being misdiagnosed for over 3 years. I explained to the nurse that I needed to arrange transportation through my insurance and needed at least 24 hours notice of what time I had to be at hosp. I waited and called hospital at 3 pm day before when I had not heard from anyone. I left message. No one called back. I had my health insurance rep call and she could not get anybody to come on the phone either. Finally, at 7 pm a nurse called and said, oh you have to be here before 6am! I told her it was now too late to get transportation and having cancer for over 3 years I have no money for cab and nobody to drive me over an hour away either. She said, oh too bad you'll have to reschedule with the doctor, I've cancelled your surgery! But I have cancer, I said, why didn't anyone call me earlier or return my phone call? I guess we were TOO BUSY she answered.October 06, 2017by My Name
